Balance valve is a high-precision controlling valve which can automatically balance the flow in the range of designed working pressure, and can dynamically change the flow area of piston according to the pressure change between outlet and inlet of valve to keep the output flow invariable. It is an integrated valve with the function of flow dynamic balance and motorized switch. It is widely used in
analysis instruments.
Balancing valves should be sized in accordance with the GPM/LPM flows (and not in relation to pipeline size). Sizing balancing valves based on the minimum or maximum flow rates is not recommended. Valves should be sized using the nominal flow rate only.
